PELLAGRA
It's a disease caused by niacin (vitamin B3) deficiency and it affects the whole body.

It's characterized by the following 4Ds

1. Diarrhea -associated with chronic inflammation of bowels, mouth and tongue that leads to indigestion.

2. Dermatitis -characterized by rashes that turn dark resembling sun burns around the neck and areas exposed to the sun.

3. Dementia - caused by brain and nerve damage. It start with anxiety or depression,then confusion and delusions and finally permanent dementia if not controlled.

4. Death.
