We wish you a Happy Father’s Day filled with peace, strength, and the love you so freely give. We honour not just what you do but who you are — a source of stability, compassion, and quiet courage. Remember, caring for your mental health is a vital part of caring for those you love. “The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him.” — Proverbs 20:7.

"With a heart full of gratitude. Today, I rejoice in the Lord for this incredible milestone of earning my Master’s degree in Psychology. I give all glory to God, who has been my strength and guide throughout this journey.

*'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.'* (Philippians 4:13)

I am reminded of the words in **Proverbs 3:5-6**: *'Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.'*

This journey has been one of faith, perseverance, and dedication. This achievement is a testament to His grace, and I pray that I use this knowledge to serve others with compassion and wisdom. Thank you, Lord, for making this possible!"

It is way easier to raise an adolescent when you become a friend to them. At the adolescence stage, the young adults conform more to their peers as they always feel their parents are just parenting and do not understand them. For any parent who understand their adolescent, will know quite well to come down to their level, become their peer and their friend in order to instill whatever discipline they would want their adolescent to have. The parent will be able to pe*****te the mind of their adolescent and be able to mentor and guide them into a full blown responsible adult.

Bipolar disorder, formerly called manic depression, is a mental health condition that causes extreme mood swings that include emotional highs (mania or hypomania) and lows (depression).

When you become depressed, you may feel sad or hopeless and lose interest or pleasure in most activities. When your mood shifts to mania or hypomania (less extreme than mania), you may feel euphoric, full of energy or unusually irritable. These mood swings can affect sleep, energy, activity, judgment, behavior and the ability to think clearly.

_Nothing makes us happier to see you smile and nothing, not even bipolarity can take your smile away from you. You are strong and inspiring.
