Addiction is a mental health condition. Depression is a mental health condition. Anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder; all of them deserve the same care, compassion and treatment like any physical illness.
This month, let's practice saying:
"I'm not okay and I'm getting help"
"I see a therapist and it saves my life"
"My brain needs care just like my body"
