Kikuyu Love Sessions isn’t just about fun and unforgettable events, it’s about human connection and healing. Their commitment to creating spaces that bring people together through music, laughter, and love is what makes them truly special.

This Mental Health Month, KLS & IW are showing up for the people who’ve always shown up for us, our moms. 💖
Because taking care of those who take care of us is where healing begins.

This Mother’s Day, we’re turning up the music and turning our hearts toward the women who hold it all together. Mothers give endlessly they nurture, guide, and carry the weight of love, family, and community. It’s time we give back.

Join us for Mother’s & Melodies, a celebration of love, laughter, and healing through music.

Integrative Wellbeing will have a special space at the event a cozy tent where moms can pause, breathe, and reflect. Because mental health matters, and rest is part of care.

Events like these remind us that joy is medicine, connection is therapy, and community is healing.
Let’s show up for the moms who show up for everyone else.

🎟️ Don’t miss out, follow Kikuyu Love Sessions for details and ticket info.

This May, we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month by showing up where it counts in our communities.

At the Nyeri Mental Health Walk & Dance, we joined hands with partners like .sikia , , and many more to spread the message that mental health is not just talked about, it’s lived, shared, and celebrated.

💚 Movement heals. Music connects. Community uplifts. Together, we’re breaking stigma and reminding each other that mental health is everyone’s business.

We’re grateful to all the partners and organizations who made this possible, your commitment proves that advocacy can be joyful, powerful, and transformative.

Because when we walk together, we move minds forward.

At the World Health Summit Nairobi, our Community Engagement Officer , emphasized the importance of youth and persons with disability inclusion in policy-making and implementation.

Her call to action for those at home was clear: “Take part in search forums, come out, and be proactive.”

Rayler’s words remind us that inclusion is not just about being present — it’s about shaping the decisions that affect our lives. When young people and persons with disabilities are part of the process, policies become stronger, fairer, and more impactful.

At the World Health Summit Nairobi, our therapist .with.tulia shared a powerful reminder: “We do have systems in place instead of doing away with them, we can incorporate them into bigger and higher models of change.”

Her message to those at home was just as striking: “There is a difference between activism and advocacy in mental health. We have a lot of activists, what we need is to encourage advocacy. And when you’re doing the activism, don’t forget to advocate.”

Naomi’s words challenge us to think bigger: to build on what exists, and to balance passion with policy so that mental health becomes not just a movement, but a sustainable model of change.
