Truth about cholesterol
If your cholesterol is high, you should be concerned 😟

The liver produces cholesterol at night, when we are resting.

We heal while we sleep..

The liver produces cholesterol for use by the body to repair blood vessels.

It's like patchwork on a bicycle tube

So if the liver is producing excess cholesterol it's a sign that there is inflammation happening to the blood vessels and much more cholesterol is needed to do the patchwork...

The doctor will give you Statin to lower cholesterol but it will not address the root cause.. I.e. the cause of blood vessels to get inflamed.

If you're on a restricted diet and your cholesterol is still high, then there is something still missing that you have not addressed.

So the best way to normalise cholesterol levels is to address inflammation in the blood vessels.
