My two cents tells me specialists happen at the highest of hierarchy as you advance in education. It's recently after a chitchat with Benjaa is when I realized over 45 officers with various diplomas from the KMTC were holed up at the dilapidated defunct Kabarnet hotel boardroom each calling themselves "specialist".
Benjaa made a call and he was informed so and so ni wa flu, huyo mwengine ni wa susu, na huyo mwengine ni wa running nose. There's a specialist in every symptom including a specialist in headache and nausea mpaka kizunguzungu. Each of them wants a budget to run their offices and a vehicle and supposedly a "Donor" to fund their programs. What's even funny is that they wield so much power that they sent away the real specialist with MBchB degrees and Masters programs to run subcounty osiptals and collect ten bob per susu drop. Atleast Benjaa saw the gyst and through his Tut Tut errand boy has shaken them like greengrams in a gorogoro. BARINGO COUNTY First Lady Dr. Emmy Chesire has vowed to join in the transferring of all patients admitted in Baringo County Refaral Hospital to Iten and Moi Teaching and Reffaral Hospital since Baringo County government has been failed to improve the state of BCRH.

Dr. Emmy wrote this on a WhatsApp group dubbed ARROR NATION after the stated of the hospital and cases of referral of patients to neighboring Counties to seek medication was highlighted by Dr. Nelly Yatich - Former Baringo North MP Aspirant saying that she would get ambulances to take all the patients in the facility to get medication in Elgeiyo Marakwet and Uasin Gishu Counties.

“I will be among the women to storm the hospital. I am now speaking as a resident of Baringo, not the common name First Lady.

We must get a functional hospital in all aspects deserving that big name of BCRH, but now we are BCRH to refer to other Hospitals! ” Wrote the first lady in the WhatsApp group.

Dr. Nelly noted that patients are unable to get health care services due to poor state of the hospital, lack of dialysis machines and drugs.

The first Lady also called on Governor Benjami Cheboi and other County officials including CECs to give justice to Baringo residents by improving the state of health in the County.

“Give us Baringo residents justice in Health Care, Which in essence supersedes all other projects! That was key in governor’s Manifesto.” She added.
