When you soak your feet in warm water infused with herbs, Epsom salt, and bicarbonate of soda, you create a gentle detox ritual that helps your body release tension and absorb vital minerals through the skin.

🦶 Epsom salt is rich in magnesium, a mineral that many people lack but your body deeply needs. Through the skin, magnesium is absorbed directly into your bloodstream — helping to:

I’m Carol, Your Health Coach, and nature called me out loud.
I had to fall ill to truly understand the cost of health.
I had to be cared for by mama at my worst — as a grown-up — to discover that nature heals.

From that awakening, the Institute of Functional and Naturopathic Health Practice (IFNHP)* was born — a place dedicated to spreading and safeguarding Indigenous Knowledge of natural healing.

Now, I’m thrilled to invite you to celebrate a journey that began as a whisper from nature and has become a continental movement!
