"I cannot control my sugars because working out is hard, eating healthy is even more challenging. What can I do.?"🤔🤔
We could lie if we said that we have a different solution for you Faith. But the solution still lies with you. You see, we can tell you to come and see our specialist and get a solution, but nothing will change if you keep holding on to your bad habits.
Exercising and healthy eating are not hard..you are the one who thinks they are hard. What you feed your mind is what you get..ifnyou tell your mind that exercise is hard, you will not have the energy to wake up and even walk.
You see, something needs to motivate you Faith. It can be positive or even a negative outcome. Sit down in silence, and picture yourself working out and eating healthy, see yourself having the right weight, outbursts of energy and sugar control. This means the the number of visits to the doctor will reduce👌👌..if this image motivates you, tell your mind that you can do it and start small..start with a simple walk, even for 15 mins..then progress as days go by..
If the above image does not motivate you, close your eyes again. Picture yourself in a bad state of uncontrolled sugars, poor vision, weakness, neuropathy, a lot of hospital visits and such. Have the worst case scenario in mind to what unctrolled sugars can do to one. This should scare you to take action💪💪. If it won't scare you then we are afraid we may not help, not even our specialist.
You see, we treat, but the responsibility of controlling sugars lies with you and what you do on a daily basis😊😊.
Nothing is hard, controlling diabetes just calls for you to live healthy☺️☺️. If you don't want to do this, we have nothing more to say.
