As a human who has sensitive skin there are a lot of triggers that can be more severe than others.
If you have sensitive skin and you look like me here are a few tips to that worked for me in those harsh winter times to keep your skin healthy and hydrated. 👩🏾👩🏾🦳👩🏿🧔🏾♂️🧔🏿♂️
1. Stay Hydrated (Drink warm Green Tea or Lukewarm H2O💧💧
2. Keep triggers to a minimum to none as possible⚠️⚠️
3. Stay away from any irritants that could possibly harm your skin🛑
4. Invest in an humidifier💦
5. Reduce exfoliating to a minimum of at least 1-2 times a week🚿
6. Seek sealant moisturizers like Shea butter, Jojoba Oil, Rosehip Oil, or Cocoa Butter on hand for ultimate moisturization. 🧴
☀️Tip note: the respective three oils are great for those with sensitive skin!
7. Keep sources of dry temperature heat to a low as much as possible (car heat and home heat) ⚠️⚠️
