Low levels can lead to deficiency in hypo while high can be excess, hyper resulting to medical condition or imbalance
It's good to ensure they are within the normal range

Dietary changes include
● Calcium - cosume dairy produce, green leafy vegetables, and food that are fortified with calcium

● Potassium - include fruits like bananas, oranges , green leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes, and legumes in your diet

●Sodium - Limit processed foods and canned foods excess sodium intake and consider low sodium diet, eg, coconut water

●Chloride - incorporate a balanced diet small amount of salts

● Magnesium - Eat nuts, seeds, whole grain, and green leafy vegetables

●Phosphate - Found in meat, fish, poultry, dairy products, and legumes
