I have been coaching a client who had a fear around setting up her new business and social media account. She felt like she was too old, starting too late, she was scared of what people would think and how her posts may not get seen since things had changed.

There was a lot of ‘what if I fails’ stopping her from just getting on with things and giving them a try.

The fact is even if your post reaches one person it is still being seen and you don’t actually need a ton of followers to work with brands or make your sales. Whether you want to become a coach, sell products or be a content creator stop judging your follower count and post growth rate and focus on the quality of your content and the message instead.

That one person your content is seen by could be the one person who’s been looking for your help or products.

Building an online wellness businesses and social media may not feel easy but it is actually a lot of fun if you enjoy being creative and having freedom.…

It doesn’t matter what people think, it doesn’t matter how many set backs you get. All that matters is that you stay focused and keep going.
