The new infrared sauna tubes have arrived and installed so we’re back up to two in the hub.

These saunas improve circulation, sweat out toxins, improve aches and pains, improve skin and promote weight loss.

The sauna is within a private changing and shower room so you have the sauna all to yourself and you can control the temperature to suit you!

Wow what a response and so many brilliant and worthy people out there I’ve ended up giving out 10 free floats! Not the best business plan but the idea is to get the floatation therapy out there and ensure people make a designated time out to improve their mental and physical well being.
