🕉️Hatha Yoga: Classical form of practice that harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit by balancing active and receptive energies. Through mindful postures, controlled breathing, and meditation, it cultivates inner awareness, energy flow, and calm centeredness. Classes are typically moderate in pace, with poses held for several breaths, emphasizing alignment, stability, and mindful movement.
✨ Gentle Yoga: A nurturing, low-impact practice using slow movements, supported postures, and longer holds to promote flexibility, relaxation, and safe alignment. Perfect for beginners, elders, and those with physical limitations.
🌙 Yin Yoga: A slow, introspective practice targeting deep connective tissues and fascia. Extended holds cultivate stillness, joint mobility, and stress relief, suitable for beginners, elders, and those recovering from injuries.
✨ Vinyasa yoga : flowing, breath-led practice where movement becomes a moving meditation. It emphasizes presence, rhythm, and the connection between breath, body, and awareness, often creating a sense of energy and inner focus.
