🧘‍♀️ Irem is a certified yoga and meditation teacher passionate about sharing
ancient knowledge of yoga to help aligning mind, body and spirit. She’s been a yoga
practitioner myself for about 12 years now and she is specialized at Meridian Yoga Therapy which is a combination of yoga poses and self massage techniques based on Chinese Medicine and meridians in body.
She also teaches beginner/intermediate Hatha Yoga. Participants may expect to learn about the philosophy of yoga and its correlation to our emotional bodies.
