🕉️Hatha Yoga: Classical form of practice that harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit by balancing active and receptive energies. Through mindful postures, controlled breathing, and meditation, it cultivates inner awareness, energy flow, and calm centeredness. Classes are typically moderate in pace, with poses held for several breaths, emphasizing alignment, stability, and mindful movement.

✨ Gentle Yoga: A nurturing, low-impact practice using slow movements, supported postures, and longer holds to promote flexibility, relaxation, and safe alignment. Perfect for beginners, elders, and those with physical limitations.

🌙 Yin Yoga: A slow, introspective practice targeting deep connective tissues and fascia. Extended holds cultivate stillness, joint mobility, and stress relief, suitable for beginners, elders, and those recovering from injuries.

✨ Vinyasa yoga : flowing, breath-led practice where movement becomes a moving meditation. It emphasizes presence, rhythm, and the connection between breath, body, and awareness, often creating a sense of energy and inner focus.

✨ Somatic yoga : gentle, inward practice rooted in deep listening to the body. It invites awareness of sensation and the nervous system, supporting release, healing, and a felt sense of wholeness and embodied mindfulness.

Step into a slower rhythm every Saturday at Zen Gardens, where nature, movement, and spirit meet for a deeply nourishing yoga retreat centered on body awareness ✨
This day is an invitation to come home to yourself. Through guided movement practices, we explore the body as a living, listening space—moving beyond rigid forms and into intuitive flow.
Rooted in yoga philosophy and gentle somatic inquiry, the practices encourage you to feel rather than perform, to sense rather than strive. Breath, presence, and inner observation become teachers, opening space for clarity and grounding.
Between sessions, you’ll be nourished with wholesome, vegetarian meals, thoughtfully prepared to support vitality and ease.
All classes are led by professional, experienced yoga teachers who hold space with depth, care, and authenticity. In addition to the yoga practices, the retreat includes two immersive workshops designed to deepen embodiment, reflection, and connection.
A special highlight of the day is our Cacao Making Class—a heart-opening, hands-on experience where you’ll learn the full journey of cacao, from bean to cup. Each participant will craft and drink their own ceremonial cacao.
This is a day to move freely, eat consciously, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom already living within your body.

🦢 This week we welcome our new Yoga Teacher - Nati
Nati is a Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT 500), trained in Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Yoga Therapy through Nirvana and Triguna Yoga Schools in Rishikesh.
She offers traditional Hatha, gentle Hatha for beginners and seniors, Yin Yoga, and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra sessions.

With two years of dedicated practice and one year of teaching experience, Nati guides her students through a grounding and intentional practice, creating space for healing, mindfulness and inner stillness.

Join classes with Nati, Ian, Melissa and Ali in our upstairs Yoga Studio and soulful Kirtan on Friday afternoon with Sonny 🕉️
