🕉️Hatha Yoga: Classical form of practice that harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit by balancing active and receptive energies. Through mindful postures, controlled breathing, and meditation, it cultivates inner awareness, energy flow, and calm centeredness. Classes are typically moderate in pace, with poses held for several breaths, emphasizing alignment, stability, and mindful movement.

✨ Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional yoga system that follows a set sequence of postures synchronized with breath, promoting strength, flexibility, and mental focus.

✨ Gentle Yoga: A nurturing, low-impact practice using slow movements, supported postures, and longer holds to promote flexibility, relaxation, and safe alignment. Perfect for beginners, elders, and those with physical limitations.

🙌 Hatha Vinyasa: Combines the mindful alignment of Hatha with flowing sequences guided by breath. Slower transitions and controlled pacing make it accessible while encouraging energy flow and meditative focus.

🌙 Yin Yoga: A slow, introspective practice targeting deep connective tissues and fascia. Extended holds cultivate stillness, joint mobility, and stress relief, suitable for beginners, elders, and those recovering from injuries.

🦢 This week we welcome our new Yoga Teacher - Nati
Nati is a Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT 500), trained in Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Yoga Therapy through Nirvana and Triguna Yoga Schools in Rishikesh.
She offers traditional Hatha, gentle Hatha for beginners and seniors, Yin Yoga, and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra sessions.

With two years of dedicated practice and one year of teaching experience, Nati guides her students through a grounding and intentional practice, creating space for healing, mindfulness and inner stillness.

Join classes with Nati, Ian, Melissa and Ali in our upstairs Yoga Studio and soulful Kirtan on Friday afternoon with Sonny 🕉️

YOGA CLASSES AT ZENHOUSE YOGA 🕉️✨

Arriving to Kampot by the end of the week, we’re happy to introduce Kevin (RYT® 500) as our new teacher at Zenhouse Yoga for the next month ✨
Trained under Yogashiromani Acharya Lalit Kumar of Himalaya Yoga Valley in Goa, India. Traditionally trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kevin is certified as a Chair Yoga Teacher and is also trained in Yin. Kevin has taught vinyasa, gentle, restorative, Yin, pranayama and guided meditation in gym, private studios, corporate, senior centers and online settings. Kevin also records videos for an on-demand yoga application that focuses on practitioners over fifty.

Kevin is a life-long athlete who turned to yoga after an injury in 2007. Yoga’s benefits of stress management, physical fitness, mental wellness, and overall health have inspired Kevin to help others through a safe and rewarding yoga practice.
Kevin’s classes at Zenhouse will focus on Gentle Yoga, Yin, and Restorative practices—creating a space for beginners, those recovering from injury, and older practitioners to experience the healing, grounding, and transformative benefits of yoga in a supportive environment.
You will be able to join Kevin for Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga & Slow Vinyasa Flows.

✨ Continuing to guide our community, Ali brings over 600 hour certification and over six years of teaching experience overseas and in SEA to Zenhouse. Deeply rooted in the classical traditions of Hatha & Ashtanga , her teaching weaves discipline, devotion, and introspection into every sequence. Her classes are structured & intentional and her sessions are an invitation to meet yourself on the mat where movement becomes meditation and each breath carries you closer to stillness. You will be able to join Ali for Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Krama & Gentle Yoga.
