General Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Hospital General Manager at Vandyclinic located in Veal Renh. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and implementing strategic plans to improve hospital performance.
Qualifications
-Leadership, Management, and Decision-Making skills
-Experience in healthcare administration and hospital management
-Financial Management and Budgeting skills
-Quality Improvement and Patient Care skills
-Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
-Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare policies
-Calculate Payroll and other regular monthly payment such as NSSF
-Hospital Management System handling, Error fixing, Create and update items if needed.
-Supervise and manage Insurance claims request and system invoice closure.
-Conduct Monthly meeting and other event arrangement if needed.
-Supervise stock management and purchase requirement
-Provide staff training work flow SOPs and HMS system usage requirement
-Generate Monthly reports for various purpose of usage
-Manage Staff attendant records
-Staff recruitment as needed.
-Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
