I didn’t hit the exact physique I aimed for.
And yes, when you set high standards,almost can feel like failure.
But here’s what I learned.
If I had aimed lower, I would have trained less seriously.
Been less disciplined.
Accepted more excuses.
Wanting to be shredded forced me to raise my standards.
Even without a perfect outcome, it made me show up better every day.
That’s also what I see with my clients.
Big goals don’t guarantee perfection.
They force better ex*****on.
I didn’t get shredded.
I got leaner, stronger, healthier, and more consistent.
And next year, we go again.
