🌟 Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders: A Recap of the JCI Cambodia Presidential Training 🌟

What an incredible afternoon of learning, strategy, and leadership development!
On April 26th, aspiring and current leaders gathered for the highly anticipated JCI Cambodia Presidential Training, proudly hosted by JCI Neak Poan.

Under the guiding theme "Let's Grow Together," attendees dove deep into the realities of leadership at the presidential level. Our distinguished trainers and panelists brought years of invaluable experience to the floor, ensuring our leaders are fully equipped to guide their chapters with confidence and strategic foresight.

Key Highlights & Takeaways:
• Strategic Decision-Making: Learning to use the JCI Mission, Vision, and Cambodia Plan of Action (PoA) not just as ceremonial language, but as actionable filters for legitimate decision-making.
• Risk & Authority: Mastering how to read project and financial risks before approving programs, while clearly understanding officer roles, authority, and reporting responsibilities.
• Mastering Protocols: Deep dives into parliamentary procedures, motion wording, and the proper application of JCI protocols in formal communications, greetings, and speaking orders.
• Looking Forward: Preparing the groundwork for a successful 2027 mandate without undermining the vital work of the current 2026 mandate.
