Homeopathy In Siem Reap Homeopathy covers the A - Z of health issues making it an excellent backup strategy and healthcare resource to support you and your family's health.

Starting with a small homeopathic First Aid kit, which included 30 frequently used remedies and a brief description of their uses, my wife and I wanted to be able to give our children relief from symptoms when a doctor wasn't around. That was more than 25 years ago. At that time we began to learn how to use the remedies to help with teething, colic, coughs, colds and fevers, stomach upsets etc. Often we would be amazed at the outcomes but not every time. Over time we realised that when the remedy failed to work, it wasn’t that homeopathy didn’t work – it just wasn’t the right remedy or potency for what was happening, which meant more study and more practice...

Anti Viral Vitamin C - The Good Stuff

Vitamin C is possibly the most under rated resources available for addressing acute and chronic inflammation and infection e.g. pneumonia, bronchitis,, tonsillitis, meningitis etc etc and treating 'The Virus'. Get some.

IMPORTANT: The Recommended Daily Dose prescribed on the label is known as a MAINTENANCE dose. If using Vitamin C to treat a condition you must take more than the recommended dose. This is referred to as THE REPAIR DOSE.

To know how much your body needs start with taking 3, 4 or more times the recommended dose. Increase steadily until loose stools develop; this is your body's upper limit, then reduce by 25%.

Note that Vitamin C is not toxic and will not kill you if you take more than the recommended dose. The more acute the situation the more Vitamin C your body needs. Vitamin C is a First Aid resource,

* When taking the Vitamin C repair it is better to give your body smaller regular amounts of Vitamin C over the day rather than one large concentrated dose.

Avoid Vitamin C that has been flavoured with sugar of artificial sweeteners.

Five Essentials to Boost the Immune System
Our bodies were designed to take us into a long healthy and happy life. To get there we have to maintain the five foundations for good health, those being breath, water, motion, nutrition and good sleep.
# Breathe consciously, breathe deep and create time for conscious breathing such as exercise or meditation. Oxygenating our bodies – you can't beat it, it is #1 for rejuvenating the body.
# Water is the next most important after the air. We can do 3 minutes without air and 3 days without water. But water maybe the most under rated and least understood of the 5 essentials. Important note: fish don't live in pure water e.g. distilled bottled water is not the greatest water when it comes to hydrating your body and that is a fact. It is slightly acidic and depletes the body of essential minerals. Is the water you’re drinking quenching your thirst or does your mouth still feel dry, do you want more water and does it taste good, how does it smell? We can't under estimate the importance of good water as being the essential carrier of life (food and oxygen) into the body as it is the conduit for every metabolic function in our body. It is said our body mass is 75% water. Actually most cell are 90% water! That makes us a walking, talking marine environment! Another way of looking at ourselves is we are a body of water experiencing consciousness. You can make your drinking water more hydrating and improve it's nutritional content by adding a little Sea Salt, which has all the trace elements in it. Also add some lemon or lime juice to your water - it really helps to hydrate. You need to be fully hydrated to function at your capacity but 85% of people are dehydrated!!!
- if we are not moving we are stagnating and stagnation is the precursor to disease... get up, exercise and move! Actually, you don't have to bust yourself at exercise; in fact it is healthier not too. Aim for 70% of your capacity and don’t stress your body. Then notice how step by step that 70% of your capacity will increase without injury. Hippocrates the Father of Medicine said walking is the best exercise.
: Hippocrates also said make food your medicine, eat to live not live to eat ;) Eating highly nutritious foods - super foods, gives our bodies the best chance for recovery, boost out immune system and help in the prevention of disease - but you still have to breath, drink great water, move... :)
: you must have enough good quality sleep, which and good sleep is supported by all of the above.
When incorporating everything you will wake fresh and feel vital and want to live to be 100!

Last weekend I was invited to present an Introduction talk about Homeopathy at Yoga Space Siem Reap. Such a pleasure to meet you all there with open and curious minds. I didn't imagine I could talk that long! Thank you coming along, your presence, questions and awesome feedback.

There are a couple of great books to share with you:
"Why Homeopathy" by Dana Ullman and,
"Healing With Whole Foods" by Paul Pritchard. This book is a must have if you're wanting an amazing source of integrated knowledge on how to use nutrition to heal and increase your vitality. It is about making food your medicine which means, eat to live not live to eat!
What makes this book even more valuable is how it includes Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic medicine making it one of the most integrated and insightful books on health available. "Healing With Whole Foods" has been one of the most valuable additions to our library.

Homeopathy is not a stand alone modality. Ideally you are proactive in supporting your health by having a curious mind and a desire to feel great. Homeopathy is a complimentary modality to support your immune system and activate a healing response in your body when required to expedite your body's restorative progress back to good health - moving through the symptoms faster.
As Hippocrates said, "The best medicine is teaching people how not to need it!"
