Us too... and now is the time to bring it out. The 21st Century needs YOU to be one of the Heroes of this era. Do you have what it takes? Being a Hero doesn't mean being able to fly through the sky or wear a cape and spandex outfit, although if that's your style, cool! A 21st-Century Hero displays good human nature, the desire to help others, and the strength to master your own inner demons. In order to support you in your quest, Body & Brain offers a variety of online and in-person (where available) Heroes programs such as HEROES Dance Night, Heroes Empowerment Seminars, Heroes Peaceful Warrior Camp, Heroes Leadership Camp, and Heroes Mind-Body-Spirit Camp. All of these programs combine Korean yoga, meditation, energy martial arts, qigong, and energy principles to help you unlock your inner potential. Follow this page for regular updates about online and in-person national Heroes Events. You'll also be able to connect with local Heroes in your region, if there's an active chapter nearby. And if there isn't, maybe you can start one! Remember- you are what the world is becoming!

For the second year in a row, USA HEROES win the gold medal at the Kookhak International Kigong (Qigong) Festival in Cheonahn, South Korea!

Facing stiff competition from teams from China, New Zealand, Seattle, and the Middle East, USA HEROES won the top prize in the International category with a performance entitled "Phoenix Rising."

Featuring a subdued opening building towards a powerful conclusion, USA HEROES captured the feeling of rebirth after a period of darkness.

Their repeat victory was all the more impressive given the fact that the team had been practicing for only a few weeks and almost exclusively ONLINE. Their first full- group in-person practice was the day before the competition.

For many of these HEROES, this was their first time performing Kigong. They worked incredibly hard to master a challenging form and express their passion through movement.

Big thanks to all the HEROES who traveled to South Korea for this year's KOREA HEROES Tour.

Special congratulations to 2-time team winners .viernes and ._legato who were part of both years' teams, along with team leader , assistant leader and technical coach .

This past weekend, we held the Sedona HEROES Camp with 18 bright and passionate young leaders.

They took a journey inside and outside to connect with the Hero's spirit, overcoming physical, emotional, and mental obstacles along the way.

Many of them will join our Qigong Team and join the HEROES Korea tour coming up later this year!
