both fat and non-dissolving filler were injected as a secondary measure in this case.

On the surface, it looked as if the area had been filled.
In reality, however, the materials remained as hardened lumps,
making the unevenness far more noticeable when smiling or looking upward.

In this revision surgery,
the foreign material was first precisely removed.
The remaining fat was then identified and repositioned downward.

Areas that lacked volume were corrected with minimal supplementation,

but rather by loss of skin elasticity, which allows the fat to shift forward.

In this case, no fat was removed at all.
Instead, the fat was repositioned beneath the tear trough and naturally secured in place.

the outer corner support structure was reinforced at the same time.
