We care a lot – was die Metalszene und was psychische Gesundheit angeht!
Was löst Musik machen oder hören in Menschen aus, worin begründet sich ihr positiver Effekt? Wieso lieben wir Metal so heiß und innig? Macht Metal abhängig? Welche Rolle spielen Emotionen wie Aggression, Angst oder Trauer in unserer Musik? Was bedeutet es, Musiker “mit Leib und Seele” zu sein, und woher ziehen Musiker ihre Inspiration und Energie? Welcher Zusammenhang besteht zwischen ihrem kreativen Schaffensprozess und dem eigenen emotionalen Erleben? Was ist die Voraussetzung für Kreativität? Was macht Metal so dermaßen faszinierend, dass sich die Fans komplett mit dem Genre identifizieren? Das sind die Themen, mit denen wir uns im Rahmen unsere ME(N)TAL HEALTH-Projekts beschaeftigen.
