How to cook asparagus with baby potatoes

Preheat oven to 200C
In a large baking dish, combine all the olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and baby potatoes and put in the oven for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes, add the asparagus (don't forget to cut off the hard ends from the shoots, unless you are going to chew it until the morning), add more olive oil if necessary. Stir again so that the oil and vinegar cover all the products and bake for another 15 minutes
Remove from oven, season with a little more balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
Serve and enjoy!
