> LV heave and left parasternal heaving
> systolic thrill on 5 intercostal space
> Pansystolic murmur on apex area radiation to axially
> Pansystolic murmur on 5 intercostal space radiation above
> Though and flow murmur at 4 intercostal space radiation to carotid. Water humming sign (+)

Other organs are unremarkable
