Did you know that food, our body's fuel, affects our daily performance and fights Fatique?
Following are few tips to choose the right fuel for optimal energy levels!
1- Have a nutritious breakfast to avoid midmorning Fatigue (whole grain toast with low-fat/fat-free dairy products)
2- Replace "Bad" fats (such as butter, margarine ...) with "heart-healthy" fats (olive oil, avocados ...).
3- Include good sources of proteins in your food choices (lean meats, low-fat/fat-free dairy products, fish ...)
4- Eat enough fruits and vegetables since vitamins and minerals deficiencies might cause fatigue.
5- Drink 2-2.5 L water daily.
