The world outside is heavy. It echoes with a frequency we didn't choose. 🌫️
But yesterday, we chose a different sound. We let the vibrations of the bowls wash over the noise of the streets, drowning out the chaos until all that remained was the silence we carry within. 🕊️
In the heart of the storm, we found our frequency.

There is a quiet labor in simply staying present right now.

In the "messy middle" of a crisis, we often overlook the incredible amount of energy it takes to keep going, to hold space for others, and to maintain our own center. We call this the Inventory of the Invisible.

Join us for The Witness Circle—a gathering designed to be a container for everything you are carrying.

On Wednesday, March 18, we will meet at BAYN to:

• Use somatic mindfulness to anchor our nervous systems in the "here and now."

• Move through a guided reflective practice to acknowledge our unseen efforts and quiet resilience.

• Share space in a facilitated circle where we don’t seek to "fix," but simply to see and be seen.

This is a space for you to set your bags down for a moment and find steady ground among others.

The Details:
🗓 Wednesday, March 18
⏰ 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 BAYN, Zalka

To Join:
Space is intentionally kept small to ensure an intimate and safe container. Please DM us to reserve your spot in the circle.

In times of crisis, the way we respond to someone in distress can make a real difference.

Psychological First Aid helps people learn how to respond with empathy, presence, and support, even without a mental health background.

If you would like to develop these skills and better support others, you’re welcome to join this training.

Registration through the google form.

Sometimes we feel like mere "chess pieces" in a big game we have no hand in. ♟️
This feeling consumes our mental and physical energy. When we focus all our thinking on the news, others' decisions, or the past.. we are wasting our power in a dead end.

The Circle of Control exercise. ⭕️
The secret isn't to change the world in a moment; the secret is to regain control over the next 5 minutes of your life. When you shrink your "circle of concern" and expand your "circle of action," you stop being a victim of circumstances and start being the main driver of your day.

Remember: "You aren't a chess piece.. you are the player." ✋✨

Share with me in the comments: What is one thing "under your control" today that you will focus on? 👇

We don’t just inherit eye color and traditions—sometimes, we inherit wounds. 🧬
When a group of people experiences prolonged occupation, war, or displacement, the "trauma" doesn't just disappear when the event ends. It seeps into the music, the language, the parenting, and the politics. It becomes the culture.
Breaking this cycle requires more than just a treaty; it requires a psychological "unlearning" of survival mechanisms that are no longer needed.
Swipe through to see how the past lives on in the present. ↗️

What do you think? Is this cycle an inevitable part of human nature, or can we evolve past it? Let’s talk in the comment...
