Botox - Aftercare.
What to do and not to do after botox

I did not mention that bending forward for small periods of time is ok.

Lying flat/napping/sleeping first 6 hours is not advised.

Moving the face muscles/facial exercises after botox is not essential (can do it/can not do it).
