Why should you get a flu shot?

It doesn't only protect you, it also protects people around you . For example people with a fragile immunity system , elderly, babies, cancer patients, etc.

Try the 4 D's to help you quit smoking : *Drink water*
Drink a glass of water very slowly ,taking small sips and holding the water in your mouth for a while. *Delay*
Delay acting on urge . Do not give in. *Deep Breath*
Use some of the deep breathing exercises. 1. Breath deeply into your abdomen 2. Exhale as completely as you can ,through your mouth. 3. Inhale slowly through your nose. 4. Exhale again as completely as you can. *Distract*
Keep busy with something else. Go for a walk, read, work on a puzzle.
