This awesome guy has finished his weight loss journey a week ago....30 kg (from 96kg to 66kg)in 7.5 months...He took his maintenance diet and got used to his healthy food intake and exercise....Chapeau bas🎩👏👏👏👏
هالشب الحلو انهى رحلة نزول الوزن بنجاح واتقان....٣٠ كيلو( من ٩٦ الى ٦٦) ب ٧ اشهر ونصف....وتعود على حياته الصحية من خلال الطعام الصحي والحركة المفيدة....فخورة جداً👏👏👏👏
