Did you know that there are 5 stages of Parkinson's disease?

- Stage 1: Mild symptoms that don't interfere with daily activities
- Stage 2: Symptoms become worse, making daily activities more difficult.
- Stage 3: Symptoms are more severe than those of stage 2.
- Stage 4: Impossible to live alone due to limitations in daily activities (such as: Eating, Bathing, dressing, walking)
- Stage 5: Severe symptoms, and needs a wheelchair to be moved around.

هل تعلمون أنّ مراحل مرض الباركنسون هي 5؟

- المرحلة الأولى: أعراض خفيفة لا تؤثّر على الأنشطة اليوميّة
- المرحلة الثانية: تسوء الأعراض مما يجعل الأنشطة اليومية أكثر صعوبة.
- المرحلة الثالثة: الأعراض أكثر حدة من المرحلة الثانية.
- المرحلة الرابعة: استحالة العيش بمفردكم بسبب عدم القدرة على القيام بكافة الأنشطة اليومية (كالأكل، والاستحمام، وارتداء الملابس، والمشي)
- المرحلة الخامسة: الأعراض شديدة، ويحتاج المُصاب عندئذٍ إلى كرسيّ متحرّك للتّنقّل .

Mr Jawad 62 years old male patient,a known case of multiple myeloma diagnosed 14 months ago in iraq after excision of right humerus bony lesion and presented to our hospital BMG - Bikhazi Medical Group with delirium ,inability to ambulate, uremia with creatinine 7.6 diffuse bone lesions and sepsis.
Bone marrow biopsy repeated and results comes out with plasma cells myeloma (90% plasma cells).
Patient started on treatment for myeloma and hemodialysis initiated ..Also after 2 weeks of treatment patient started to ambulate with help and on the 3rd week ORIF for right humerus done ..
Patient left lebanon ambulating ,off hemodialysis and moving his right upper extremity.
سيد جواد حالة معروفة من الورم النقوي المتعدد تم تشخيصها قبل 14 شهرًا في العراق بعد استئصال الآفة العظمية اليمنى للعضد .
وصل المريض الى مستشفى بخعازي ميديكال غروب BMG مصاباً بالهذيان مع ارتفاع بنسبة الكرياتينين٧،٦ والتهابات جرثومية في الدم مع عدم قدرة على الحركة بسبب الام حادة في الظهر الناتجة عن آفة العظم المنتشرة.
تكررت خزعة النخاع العظم في المستشفى وظهرت النتائج مطابقة مع المايلوما لخلايا البلازما.(٩٠٪؜خلايا بلازما).
بدأ المريض بالعلاج من مرض مايولوما وبدأ ايضاً بغسيل الكلى..
بعد اسبوعين من العلاج بدأ المريض بإستعادة الحركة والتنقل مع المساعدة.
في الاسبوع الثالث اجريت له عملية على العضد الايمن.
غادر المريض لبنان قادراً على المشي، محركاً لطرفه العلوي الايمن مع حالة للكلى مستقرة من دون غسل..
