I haven't slept well since it all started, and I know why.

I've been having nightmares as my brain keeps processing all the videos and events and I'm constantly stressed but that's ok... really...it's ok .. because I'm not living it I'm just witnessing it, so who am I to complain?

I cannot hold my tears from watching what is going on in Pal******. When I hear and see mothers and fathers screaming and saying their final good-byes to their kids. Holding them tight, trying to wake them up, and those children are just...cold and lifeless.

ولك شو هيدا؟ طق قلبي!

What is this heartache? It is unbearable, intolerable, and unlivable.

All I do is cry and pray, I pray hard, I cry hard.

Humanity is lost.

حسبنا الله و نعم الوكيل.

They say that children ask for their parents to join them in heaven once the parents leave this earth.

Heaven is full of orphans.

I never thought I'd witness this in my lifetime, in 2023, yes my children are young but I will tell them about this, I will show them everything.

I will tell them why we hate those "people" what they did, how evil they are, and how this will never be forgotten or forgiven.

There are some things in life that should never be forgotten, some things we will never stop talking about, some facts that will be rooted in our minds and in the minds of the generation to come.

يا رب، زادوا الملائكة عندك، زادوا الشهداء، فالترحمهم، و ترحمنا و تسامحنا إنو شهدنا و ما قدرنا ننقذن.

It's ok to be scared of change, but change in itself is a gift.

✨ It's a chance for you to embark on a self actualization journey.

✨ Yes conclusions are near, the last chapter will be read, a book will close, but the world is your library.

✨ During these times remember TWO things:
1- God has a plan for you.
2- Trust in God's plan.

Lovin' the vibes of this place ❤️☕

I took some time off today for my mental health in this little gem in the heart of Beirut, .

It feels good to feel bei-root again, after almost 4 years abroad my heart misses Home. Maybe I'm lucky to return to where my heart beats, to where I feel safe and surrounded by love.

Don't be afraid to be left alone with your thoughts 💭 don't be afraid to disconnect, to rediscover who you really are and where you truly belong, don't be afraid of change and new adventures.

Moving back to Lebanon after almost 4 years living abroad has brought so much joy and life back to me.

I feel like I have missed out on so much! So many gatherings and so many priceless moments with my family.

Just a reminder... You are not a filter.

Sometimes when I use a filter to take a picture, even when I'm wearing makeup, I just love how my skin looks, the brightness, everything is flawless.

Then when I take a regular photo I'm like " I look prettier with the filter".

But I am not a filter. I am me. We use them more than often so it becomes more difficult for us to accept a normal FACE! Especially when everyone else on social media looks flawless!!!

It's something I used to tell myself when I started my Intuitive Eating Journey.

I just can't put up that fight anymore, I was so tired and it really didn't make any sense at all.

You cannot unlink this link. You need food to survive and you need your body to live, this is not debatable, one simply cannot do without the other.
