أوقات كتير، منلاقي حالنا عم ننجذب لا شعورياً لنفس نوع العلاقات والديناميكيات المألوفة - حتى لو كانت مؤلمة - بس لأنها "معروفة" بالنسبة النا ولمنظومتنا النفسية.
هالأنماط غالباً بتنبع من جروحات التعلق بالماضي (Attachment Wounds) أو معتقدات عميقة رسخت فينا عن شو منستاهل:
❌ "لازم صلّح الشريك ت يحبني."
❌ "إذا حكيت أو طلبت حقي، رح يتركني."
علاجك بيبدا لما تفهم هالنمط، وتكسر الحلقة.
