My TV interview on with the gorgeous ladies Tamar Avakian and last week.

When we are having good times, we generally don't think about inner strength or resilience. It is only when the going gets tough that we search for coping skills.

Every parent has the responsibility of educating themselves around practical tools and strategies in order to navigate those treacherous times, not just that but also to be a guide, a mentor to the offspring on how not to crash in the face of ordeals.
