Rebirth – Art Therapy Workshop 🌱🎨
As winter fades and nature awakens, spring brings rebirth, renewal, and transformation. Just as seeds hidden beneath the earth begin to bloom, we, too, can reconnect with parts of ourselves that are ready to emerge.
In this workshop, we’ll explore themes of childhood innocence, youth, and self-discovery, drawing from the ancient Myth of Persephone—a story of descent, growth, and rebirth. Through storytelling, creative expression, and group sharing in a safe and supportive space, we’ll journey from the depths of the unconscious into awareness and renewal. No art experience required, only the willingness to explore the emotional healing benefits of art therapy.
إعادة الولادة – ورشة العلاج بالفن 🌱🎨
مع انتهاء فصل الشتاء واستيقاظ الطبيعة، يجلب لنا الربيع التجدد، والتحول، وإعادة الولادة. تمامًا مثل البذور المختبئة تحت الأرض التي تبدأ في النمو، يمكننا نحن أيضًا أن نعيد التواصل مع أجزاء من أنفسنا جاهزة للظهور.
في هذه الورشة، سنستكشف مواضيع البراءة في الطفولة، والشباب، واكتشاف الذات، مستلهمين من أسطورة بيرسيفوني القديمة—قصة الهبوط، والنمو، وإعادة الولادة. من خلال السرد القصصي، والتعبير الإبداعي، والمشاركة الجماعية في مساحة آمنة وداعمة، سنخوض رحلة من أعماق اللاوعي إلى الوعي والتجدد.
لا حاجة لأي خبرة فنية، فقط رغبة في الاستكشاف والتعبير والتواصل مع الذات من خلال العلاج بالفن.
