Do you "eat healthy" but still
have gut pain?
Why does your stomach always hurt even when eating healthy food!?

Just because a food is "healthy" does not mean
it's healthy for YOU.

Your unique microbiome and the current health
state of your gut will ultimately determine what
foods are best for you.

A gut that is sick, will often react to "healthy" foods like:

🟦 Foods high in SORBITOL, a natural sugar
alcohol - like avocado, blackberries, apples, and
cherries.

🟦Foods high in POLYOLS like mushrooms,
watermelon, cauliflower, apricots, and celery.

🟦Cruciferous vegetables
like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale,
, Brussels sprouts.

🟦Whole and unrefined grains contain
PRO-INFLAMMATORY compounds like oxalates,
gluten, tannins, phytates and lectins which can be
very irritating to the gut. Examples include whole
oats, brown rice, whole wheat, buckwheat, barley.

🟦Foods high in FRUCTANS like onions,
shallots, leeks, asparagus, artichoke, beets,
Brussels sprouts, fennel, watermelon,
bananas and raisins.

🟦Foods high in the complex sugar RAFFINOSE
like beans and legumes. Raffinose passes through

Read this because having this awarness is useful for you when weight fluctuations occur

Basically there are many factors not related to fat that can cause this fluctuation
For example :
🔹Excess of carbs in your last night meals is stored as glycogen
🔹 High sodium food also can lead to water retention that add weight on scale
🔹The Physical food weight ,
🔹 Whether you entered the toiled or no

🔹🔹plus also other fluctuations related to hormones...
Its an endless list .

Take care , this number on scale becomes more relevant over a longer period though . If you are in a large surplus of calories consistently , then of course it likely leads to fat gain over time .

The whole point of this post is that a lot of people freak out over fluctuations in their weight , particularly when they have bad food or unhealthy food .

But when understanding this , it makes you realise that these fluctuations aren't a big deal . You haven't gained 1 kg of fat overnight . It's just a fluctuation mostly coming from water weight, that will go back to normal in few days assuming you go back to your regular eating habits .

في كتير اسباب بتخلي الوزن يتغيّر بال ٢٤ ساعة ، او بعد اكل وجبة كبيرة .
🔹اكل وجبة غنية بالنشويات.
🔹اكل وجبة غنية بالسوديوم " يخزن الماء في الجسم" .
🔹عدم دخول الحمام .
🔹كبر الوجبة المتناولة.
🔹🔹مشاكل في الهورمونات يمكن ان تؤثر على الوزن بين ليلة و اخرى ..

ما نخاف من هالزيادة المفاجئة و ما نخاف بس ناكل وجبة كبيرة او مش صحية
مش من هالوجبة رح ننصح !
الا اذا زدت كمية الأكل على فترة ، هون بصير الوزن يلي زاد دهن أكيد !

و اكيد الوزن رح يرجع ينزل بعد يوم او اثنين من العودة للأكل الصحي

And we as dietitian , recommend a healthy lifestyle to all our patients because,
Yes a good nutrition can prevent cancers

An anti-inflammatory diet is recommended in that case :

◽Lower sugar intake

◽Add antioxidants to your daily lifestyle ( as berries , herbs , tomatoes , red fruits ...) It can help prevent damage of your body cells .

◽Lower red meat intake .
◽Do some excercice
◽Drink your water
◽Lower processed food intake
◽And to finish eat your fruit and vegetables .
