One of those cases that don’t show how much work was involved. Ectopic canine that failed to come into place needed surgical exposure and traction to bring into its correct position. Also we have diminutive lateral incisors that needed cosmetic shaping. But 2 years of work was worth it for that confident smile. Enjoy.

In some cases - composite veneers offer an affordable solution to achieve your desired smile. Composite veneers will need more maintenance than porcelain veneers. In this case we avoided the need for orthodontic braces with 10composite veneers on the upper teeth.

Replacing composite veneers that have failed multiple times. The patient states that the composite gave a bad smell and bleeding from his gums. To achieve the final result we performed gum treatment to remove the excess gum and make both sides symmetrical. Then we provided 8 porcelain Emax veneers. Very happy with the result.

You never know what is hiding under silver amalgam fillings. This patient claimed to have a loose filling. We removed the filling under strict isolation conditions to avoid the patient swallowing any pieces. There was a lot of decay underneath. This does not always show on an X-ray. Fortunately I could save the tooth with a good outcome.

It’s been a while since I posted some patient before and after photographs. Anyways, I’ll start off with this lovely patient. She came to me wanting to treat her gummy smile. Using orthodontic braces treatment only, we have eradicated 90% of the issue. This case highlights that there are different treatments available for all dental problems. Correct assessment and correct diagnosis is important in establishing the suitable treatment for that patient. There is not one rule for everyone. All patients at Nazar Dental Clinic are given custom made treatment plans based upon professional medical advice and years of experience.
