Duplex right kidney with ectopic ureter. The patient has a long history of on and off incontinence. She presented with UTI and upon scanning , she was found to have a duplicated collecting system of the right kidney were the upper moeity is hypoplastic with an ectopic obstructed ureter
So laparoscopic partial nephrectomy and ureterectomy were performed
