Prenatal care As soon as the beginning of the 4th month of pregnancy, preparing & planning your childbirth is essential.

Josiane is a certified midwife & Yoga teacher who is ready to assist you through Prenatal Yoga classes and childbirth preparation tips. Prenatal care offers :
- Yoga classes : to help you feel more fit, comfortable and relaxed during pregnancy.
-A chance to communicate your thoughts and feelings with other pregnant women on the page and get professional help and answers. About Yoga classes:
-Private sessions and/or with a group in a yoga center
-Duration: 1 hour
- Class includes: breathing, postures modified according to each stage of pregnancy and relaxation. About the founder:
Josiane Azar had a bachelor degree in midwifery and she has worked in that field from 2004 till 2014 then left that field to focus on her yogic path. She is also a certified Sivananda Yoga teacher and have been teaching yoga (including prenatal yoga) since the begining of 2014.

Prenatal Yoga is one of our favorite classes.
The space and time for pregnant women to meet , share their experiences and fears, receive info about pregnancy & labor, practice 60 minutes of: breathing, getting into postures to prepare the hips, relief back pain, strengthen the shoulders etc. and relaxing.
Class starts at 6:30pm

For none pregnant women and well guys:
Hatha Yoga class at 8pm

During pregnancy, the breasts volume will increase almost 30%, this extra weight will bring a lot of tension to the shoulders, the pregnancy itself will also with time make the breath shorter and more difficult.
Fish pose or matsyasana is a wonderful asana to release tension from the shoulders but more importantly to expand the lungs' capacity.
