غذاء مريض التلاسيميا
الحديد هو معدن أساسي موجود في كل أنواع البروتينات

الحديد نوعان: نباتي وحيواني

مريض التلاسيميا عليه الانتباه من نوعية الحديد التي يتناولها

لذلك من المهم التركيز على الماكولات التي تحتوي على الحديد النباتي وذلك لصعوبة امتصاصه

كيف احضر طبقي:

استبدال اللحوم الحمراء العالية بالحديد باي نوع من البروتين النباتي

شرب أو طبخ منتجات الحليب والالبان مع مصادر الحديد اذ ان الكالسيوم يمنع امتصاص الحديد بالجسم

شرب الشاي مع وجبات الطعام ،اذ ان الشاي يحتوي على مواد كيميائية تعمل على الارتباط بالحديد ومنع امتصاصه بالجسم

الامتناع عن تناول المشروبات الغازية والعصائر الغنية بالفيتامين س لانه يعزز امتصاص الحديد بالجسم

In winter many people opt to alcoholic beverages to get warm in cold nights. However this is not true. Alcohol doesn't get the body warm.
In fact, despite the feeling of warmth induced by alcohol ingestion, alcohol actually causes a decrease in body core temperature and increases the risk of hypothermia during cold exposure and induce hypoglycemia that exacerbates the reduction in body temperature caused by alcohol ingestion. So better to think before drinking to get warm!!!
في الشتاء ، يختار العديد من الناس المشروبات الكحولية ليصبحوا دافئين في ليالي الشتاء الباردة. ولكن ... هذه ليست الحقيقة. الكحول لا تجعل الجسم دافئًا.
في الواقع ، على الرغم من الشعور بالدفء الناجم عن تناول الكحوليات ، يؤدي الكحول في الواقع إلى انخفاض في درجة حرارة الجسم الأساسية ويزيد من خطر انخفاض حرارة الجسم أثناء التعرض للبرد ويسبب نقص السكر في الدم الذي يؤدي إلى تفاقم انخفاض درجة حرارة الجسم الناجمة عن تناول الكحول. لذا من الأفضل التفكير قبل الشرب للتدفئة !!!
