HOW??

2. **Banish Food Rules**: Avoid labeling foods as “good” or “bad.” All foods can fit into a balanced diet when consumed in moderation.

I don’t lift heavy weights but I do a lot of body weight training and resistance band work. I’m relatively strong for my size I’m only 4’9 in height. This is because I train my body to be strong and to be injury free while being very mindful of my movements and mobility..
