The inner child is a part of our selves built based on the early years of our lives, to children who are orphaned or do not have a proper place to call home healing their inner child can be one of the most important parts of their lives.

We spent an evening at St. John’s Children Development Center to teach these young girls the importance of seeking support and healing parts of themselves in the right way. We also practiced giving kindness to each other in every conversation we have.

Prioritize your Mental Health as much as you do your physical health!
