I hate Pumpkin not because of Halloween but a different horror altogether. I love Marmite on ANYTHING. Always been a foodie, enjoying different flavours but my craze for cooking began seeing a night kade making Mongolian rice in a wok many moons ago. Not having enough money to buy one, that day I thought I’m gonna learn how to make this. During a time when life was so hectic with back to back radio shows in weekend and full time work at the Capital Maharaja, I cooked a pasta dish to relax myself. Exploring different styles and recipes, I try to spend very less time in the kitchen. RuVi’s Countertop is dedicated to anyone who would love to make a quick dish or an easy fix within 10 – 30 min tops. Come join RuVi’s Countertop, try out, let us know how it goes.
