But my teenage son does ask me why oh why, he had to be in the NOW life🤷‍♀️🤣

I haven't posted much from my Reconnect Yoga Retreat in July. I will be releasing pics and clips slowly as I take my time to sift through all the media.
I was blessed with curious and adventurous participants who were all such good sports, even in moments of doubt and unease, as new dimensions opened to them.
The weather gods were with us, too, and the days seamlessly flowed one into the other.

There is nothing more relaxing than a catamaran ride on a serene lagoon with the breeze blowing, and the only sound heard is that of lapping water as the oars pe*****te the surface. Motor boats are not permitted, and only the monastery has one. Rathgama Lagoon is still my all-time favourite! A hidden gem.
