NON-NEGOTIABLE PROCEDURE SHIP TO SHIP (STS):

1.Buyer send LOI to Agent and formal FCO sent to Buyer
2. Buyer returns duly signed FCO and issues ICPO in favor of Seller with Company Registration Certificate, Banking details,Passport copy and CPA.
3.Seller verifies buyer CPA and issues a letter of performance and a commercial invoice for first lift quantities for both parties’ signatures and endorsement.
4. Buyer signs, endorses, and returns to the Seller on the due date
5. Seller issues a 3 percent payment invoice for the total product for the security deposit for the ship to reroute to the Buyer vessel location
6. Seller issues the following Document:
Product Passport Dip Test Report
Bill of Lading (in the name of the previous buyer as Consignee)
Authorization to Sell (ATS)
Freight cargo manifest
Vessel information
Commitment to Supply
Notice of readiness

7. Buyer contacts Seller, Vessel Company and obtain an access permit (cost borne Agency port) and issues his vessel details where the product will be injected at the Discharge port. Seller verifies the vessel position and issues NOR_ETA ATE_DTA.
8. Buyer confirms the product documents, and the Seller agrees to change every document to the Buyer’s name and instruct the vessel captain to re-route the vessel to the new Buyer’s destination port. The 5% deposit Payment made shall be deducted from the total payment value of the takeover product.
9. On arrival at the discharge port, the vessels transfer the fuel into the Buyer’s nominated vessel.
10. After fuel injection is completed, the Buyer conducts a DIP TEST Inspection for the Quantity and Quality of the fuel. And after a successful dip test, the Buyer makes a balance 97% payment immediately to the Seller nominated account via MT103 Wire Transfer or cryptocurrency (USDT)
11.Seller will release payments to the intermediaries involved within 48 hours of receiving the payment for the product from the Buyer’s bank.
12.Contracted delivery schedule for monthly delivery.

We are also ready & willing to work with Legit Buyers Mandates who could provide proof of the connectivity with Buyer and Commission will be guaranteed (No Chain Brokers Please).
