The ruling of a breastfeeding woman if she breaks her fast during Ramadhan by Shiekh Ubaid Al-Jaabri
"Firstly: O my daughter not just breastfeeding alone that legalises(authorises) to break fast, rather what legalises it is what comes along with breastfeeding such fear of sickness on the women herself in reality, like leanness(emaciation) to happen to her, or nausea, or dizziness, or anything from that, or fear that has to do with what is being given the milk - baby - , because some women if they are breastfeeding and fast along with it her breast milk dries off, and her baby eats nothing asides breast milk, she then breaks her fast in this situation, it would have been better you visit a Muslim female doctor, but if what the doctor says goes inline with your knowledge about yourself that your breast milk dries off, and your baby feels hungry afterwards and the baby eats nothing besides the breast milk, then you - if Allaah wills - are guided to the right in this matter.
My daughter remains paying back it is compulsory on you, this is the opinion of majority of scholars, majority of people of knowledge are of the opinion that a breastfeeding woman is like a sick person, she pays back, being it she breaks in fear of herself or fear of her baby, this is the most correct among the opinions of people of knowledge, even though the opinion u pointed to was reported from some of them."

Abu Abdur Rahman Yahya Silmy Commented as :
"This fatwaa is contrary to what the companions of the messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه وسلم were upon. From ibn Abbaas:
This was a concession granted to the aged man and woman who were able to keep fast; they were allowed to leave the fast if they like and instead feed an indigent person for each fast and no paying back on them then that was abrogated in this verse " and whoever witnesses the month should fast it" ; (and a concession) remains for an aged man and woman if they are not feet for fast and to pregnant and suckling woman when they apprehended harm (to themselves), they break their fasts and feed an indigent person for each fast"
Ibn Jaruud reported this and Bayhaqiy and Abu Dawuud with authentic chain.
And know that these fataawaa do not have the right to be mentioned among the inheritance of the prophets where these are inheritance of madhaahib( school of thoughts that are not sticking to teachings of the prophet rather what scholars say) and tribalism (saying whatever the scholar says is the correct even though somebody else says different thing which is correct).
And the prophets are free from this."

Translated into English by Ibn Umar [06/06 8:24 am]: The ruling of the one that is being left behind eating *Sahuur* till the time for Subh enters being unaware of the time. Fatwa of Sheikh Muhsmmed bin Haadi
If you eat after the entrance of subh- being it supererogatory or compulsory - this does not count, this fast does not count, because Allaah سبحانه وتعالى has explained that where he says ابن عمر:
Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 187:

It is made lawful for you to have sexual relations with your wives on the night of As-Saum (the fasts). They are Libas [i.e. body cover, or screen, or Sakan, (i.e. you enjoy the pleasure of living with her - as in Verse 7:189) Tafsir At-Tabari], for you and you are the same for them. Allah knows that you used to deceive yourselves, so He turned to you (accepted your repentance) and forgave you. So now have sexual relations with them and seek that which Allah has ordained for you (offspring), and eat and drink until the white thread (light) of dawn appears to you distinct from the black thread (darkness of night), then complete your Saum (fast) till the nightfall. And do not have sexual relations with them (your wives) while you are in I'tikaf (i.e. confining oneself in a mosque for prayers and invocations leaving the worldly activities) in the mosques. These are the limits (set) by Allah, so approach them not. Thus does Allah make clear His Ayat (proofs, evidences, lessons, signs, revelations, verses, laws, legal and illegal things, Allah's set limits, orders, etc.) to mankind that they may become Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V. 2:2). - (English - Mohsin Khan)
And that is it, but if he is not aware of the time, then no problem.
Which is wrong!

This fatwaa has gone against an authentic hadeeth where the prophet Said "if one of you hears the call to prayer and the plate (of food) is on his hand, he should not leave it until he satisfies his need from it"
An authentic hadeeth reported by Abu Dawuud, and Haakim, and Bayhaqiy, and Ahmad with many ways
The time of call to prayer is the time for entrance of subh, and the prophet guides to the lawfulness of eating and drinking even if he hears the call to prayer
What we can bring out of the verse is quite different from what the prophet said. He should then fear Allaah in his fatwaa
And you should not spread this kind of misguidance among fatwaa which leads people to what is not inline with sunnah
And all those that are having individual tribalism for scholars and forgets the position of the sunnah of the prophet

AshSheikh As-Saylani Hafidhahullah :

The operation against the Hoothies is not done with their own personal opinion or political concept of the Saudi Government itself, rather it was the advice and the united opinion of the respected Ahlal Sunna Ulemas.
Hoothees were up to attack Mecca n Medina in order to overtake them both from Ala Saud under the Iran rule like the Baithul Muqaddas under Israel rule. So it became necessary to chase them from danger which is facing the Haramain Shereefain. Thus the 10 countries united with team.

This is not the First time The Government of Saudi Arabia has supported his neighbours to bring stability in their states when corruption makers overtook the rule.
When Kuwait was attacked by Saddam, it was The Government of Saudi Arabia who brought back the rule of Kuwait.
When in Bahrain, Shia ( Raffidi )rose against the ruler, it was Saudi Government marched in and brought the stability to that state.
Similarly, their neighbour Yemen when the ruler of it, President Haadi requested for help, The Saudi led the March with the corporation of all the other 9 countries united together, as the danger not only for Yemen but also for all the Muslims Kibla to be kept away from the dangers of Hoothees which every Muslim is entertaining today in visiting the Two Haramain and benifiting of the worship in best of manners.
In history, The Saudi reign is one of the best time of history after the Kulafah Rashideen where Muslims are having full access to the Two Haramain.
Prior to this rule, a person visiting Haramain was a issue of life and death to the much of the corruptions in these areas from the bandits, highway robbers and dessert pirates.
The issue of a Haj pilgrim calling all the relatives and conveying Salaams before their departure became a methodology only because there was no assurance of their return.
But Alhamdulillah, today we reserve our tickets in advance with the return dates and with our prepared shopping lists from the Haramain Shereefain back to our homes safely.
So it is a clear sign how much of Peace and prosperity given to the entire Ummah by the rule of Ahlal Saud. May Allah bless them and make them more stronger.
Ameen.
