ඔබ කාර්යාලයෙන් නැති විට ඔබගේ පහල නිලධාරීන් සේවක මහත්ම මහත්මීන් ප්‍රීතියට නිදහසට පත් වෙනවා ද? එසේ නම් ඔබ නායකයෙක් නෙවෙයි. ඔබ මිනිසුන්ව භය කර පාලනය කරන්නෙක්.
When you leave the room, do they breathe easier?
If so, you're not leading - you're managing fear.

තනතුර ඔබව නායකයෙක් නොකරයි A වගේම බලය ඔබව නායකයෙක් නොකරයි.
A title doesn't make you a leader.Neither does authority.
