Warm Compress for Joint Pain Relief
What You'll Need:
A clean towel or washcloth
Warm water
Instructions:
Prepare a Warm Compress
Fill a clean towel or washcloth with warm water. Make sure the water is comfortably warm but not too hot to avoid burns.
Wring Out Excess Water
Squeeze out any excess water from the towel, leaving it damp but not dripping.
Apply to Affected Joint
Place the warm, damp towel over the joint that is experiencing arthritis pain. Ensure that the entire joint is covered.
Leave in Place
Leave the warm compress on the joint for 15-20 minutes, allowing the heat to pe*****te and relax the muscles and tissues around the joint.Please repeat this process multiple times a day, as needed, to ease pain and stiffness in the affected joint.
