Women Grant Initiative – First Place Winner

We are proud to announce Delphine Williams as the First Place Winner of the DMGF Women Grant Initiative. She has secured a grant award of USD 1,200.

Delphine is a Liberian entrepreneur, certified doula, software engineering student, and social impact innovator with a strong passion for improving maternal and child health. Her entrepreneurial journey is driven by her commitment to empowering mothers, promoting safe delivery, and building sustainable businesses that serve communities in meaningful ways.

Through her social enterprise, DelMai MamaKit, Delphine provides affordable, reusable, and well-packaged mama kits containing essential items for safe and hygienic delivery. With over 110,000 births annually in Liberia, her innovation addresses a critical need by ensuring that no mother goes into childbirth unprepared.

Her brand slogan, “For every mother with love,” reflects her mission to reduce delivery risks, uphold dignity, and make childbirth a safer and more supported experience.

We extend our congratulations to Delphine on this remarkable achievement and look forward to celebrating her success during the official award disbursement ceremony in October.

Birth should be about life, not stress.

Too many mamas spend their final month worrying about finding Tissue , a special kind of pads, chloride, and baby clothes, detergent , disinfectant instead of focusing on meeting their baby.

DelMai MamaKit takes away that stress, so when the moment comes, all you have to think about is welcoming your little one with joy.
