Tropical Clinic Annex 1, located in Duala year-end employee's awards and party in photos. The proprietor Mr Daniel Y. Taylue, gave out awards of appreciation to all employees. I delivered a speech on 2017 & 2018 success and challenges reports I encountered, since I took over as administrator of Tropical Clinic. I took over a broken healthcare facility, without electricity, damaged ceiling and roofing, unpaid employees salaries and unprofessional staffs,who lacked the moral values as healthcare workers. The clinic accounts were empty without saving from my father successor, who took over due to his Illness. Funds and Medical supplies weren't available to start active operation. I negotiated and partnered with a healthcare equipment and supplies partners in the United States of America and renovated the entire facility. I paid all staffs salaries owed by my predecessor, the entire facility have 24 hour electricity. Few unfriendly and unprofessional staffs were asked to leave the entity. Today's Tropical Clinic in Duala, among the few best clinics in Liberia, with great customer services and treatments.
