PUBLIC NOTICE: BIOSSA DINNER & AWARD NIGHT 2026 – NOMINATION PROCESS

The Biological Sciences Student Association (BIOSSA-UL) hereby informs the university community and the general public that the nomination process for the BIOSSA Dinner & Award Night 2026 is officially open.

🗳️ Nomination Period:

The nomination exercise will run for two (2) weeks, January 5 - 18, 2026.

🏆 Selection Process:

After the close of nominations, the top four (4) most-nominated candidates in each award category will advance to the voting stage.
Only shortlisted candidates will be eligible for voting.

📅 Important Notice:

Details regarding the Dinner date, venue, and ticket prices will be officially announced before the voting process begins.

We encourage students, faculty, alumni, and stakeholders to actively participate by nominating deserving individuals who exemplify excellence, leadership, service, and impact.

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: BIOSSA FIELD TRIP UPDATE 🚌🌴

Dear Students,

Please be informed that due to recent adjustments made to the upcoming BIOSSA Trip to Bassa, the deadline for payment has been extended to next week Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

All participants are kindly reminded that anyone who fails to complete their registration fee by the new deadline will not be eligible to join the trip.

Let’s all act accordingly to avoid disappointment.
