Dr Paul, chairman of Starlight Oasis of hope hospice, Lesotho came to meet with me today, we had a great discussion on strategy, infrastructure and operational management of hospice care in Lesotho. Dr Paul is a UK based family medicine and Palliative Care practitioner who is helping to establish the first ever hospice in Lesotho.
