Vedant neuroedukacijos užsiėmimus 9–13 metų vaikučiams, kuriuose piešėme neurografikos piešinius, kūrėme pasakas iš metaforinių kortelių ir atlikome įvairius smegenų lavinimo pratimus, mane vis iš naujo sužavi vaikų nuoširdumas ir atvirumas.
Jie viską pasako taip, kaip galvoja – be pagražinimų ar kaukių.
Tai ne suaugusieji, kurie dažnai jau žino, kodėl atėjo ir ko tikisi.
Vaikus reikia sudominti, įtraukti ir, svarbiausia, užmegzti ryšį – net jei tik trumpam, bet kad jis būtų tikras ir veiksmingas.
Šiuose užsiėmimuose dar labiau išsigryninau savo tikslus – kad vaikai (ir suaugusieji):
✨ įsitrauktų į kūrybą,
🧠 suprastų, kaip naudinga lavinti smegenis – dėmesio koncentracijai, greitesniam mąstymui, atminčiai,
🗣️ ir tobulintų komunikacijos įgūdžius – tiek kalbėdami apie tai, ką jaučia ir kuria, tiek mokydamiesi išgirsti kitus.
Be galo įdomu stebėti, kaip vaikai kuria: kokias spalvas renkasi, ką kalba, kaip improvizuoja.
O aš – labai džiaugiuosi rezultatais. 💛

While leading neuroeducation sessions for children aged 9–13, where we drew neurographic drawings, created stories using metaphorical cards, and did various brain-training exercises, I’m continuously amazed by the children’s sincerity and openness.
They say exactly what they think – without filters or masks.
It’s a different experience from working with adults, who often already know why they came and what they expect.
With children, you need to spark their interest, engage them, and most importantly, build a connection – even if it’s brief, it should be real and meaningful.
Through these sessions, I’ve refined my goals even further – for both children (and adults) to:
✨ immerse themselves in creativity,
🧠 understand the value of training their brains – for better focus, quicker thinking, and improved memory,
🗣️ and develop communication skills – both by expressing what they feel and create, and by learning to truly listen to others.
It’s incredibly fascinating to observe how children create: the colors they choose, what they say, how they improvise.
And as for me – I’m truly happy with the results. 💛
